 Ramadan, a Holy month of Islam 

Ramadan is a month of fasting and spiritual growth and is one of the five “pillars of Islam”.



Ramadan is a time of spiritual reflection, self-improvement and worship. Muslims of all over the country  are expected to put more effort into rules of Islam.

Durning Ramadan,  Muslims fast, pray, read the Quran, and carry out charitable work..


During the entire month,Muslims are obligated to fast , every day from dawn to sunset . Fasting requires the abstinence from sex, food, drinking, smoking and any harmful work


Sehri is another essential time during Ramadan, which is the pre-dawn meal that Muslims consume before the day-long fast begins.This blessing meal is consumed at the end of the night before fasting during the blessed month of Ramadan.


Iftar is one of the religious rules of Ramadan, and is often done as a community, with Muslim people gathering to break their fast and satisfied their soul. The meal is taken just after the call to the Maghrib prayer time


Taraweeh means rest or relaxation of our body and soul. It is believed that those who observe the optional prayer throughout Ramadan, 'out of sincerity of Faith and in the hope of earning reward and satisfied allah, will have his past sins pardoned'. At the mosque, men and women pray Taraweeh, led by the imam. It is called Jamaat. Women can also go to Jamaat when there is a women imam.


Ramadan is a month of peace. Muslim can feel peace on this month. It helps to increase our mental health. By fasting it also can helps us to keep our body fit. By doing holy work we also can gain Allah's satisfaction.  We can make our dua for our life in this holy month. Ramadan is one of the important period of our life. We should keep our selves on the path of Allah in this month


Ramadan helps us hone our patience  by refraining from consumption throughout the day, we learn the benefit of refraining from gratifying each of our desires in the moment. Each fasting day during the Ramadan is a trial on the body and our spiritual resolve that can make our life easy and helpful
