Mental Health Care is a very important part of our life

 






Life is a blessing for us. We need to take care of our mental health for a perfect and happy life.What is Mental Health?Mental Health means Emotional, psychological, and social well being. It influences our thoughts, feelings, and actions.”Healthy minds live in a healthy body.” Mental health controls our thinking,feeling and productive actions.Nowadays 57.6% depressive and 33.7% anxiety people of Bangladesh are suffering from mental health issues.Depression,anxiety,bipolar,eating disorders,trauma , schizophrenia and many more.Young generation people are affecting highly.They do not even feel comfortable and easy to open up about their problems in front of others.During covid 19 pandemic the amount of people who are facing mental health issues have increased.Recently i talked with a girl who was facing some mental issues.She took  consultations and now she is feeling so safe and better.She told me, ‘“We all are facing this kind of issues nowadays but we feel so uncomfortable and shy in front of society because people try to show this issues as a social taboo.That’s why people try to avoid it.But we should not feel bad about this and solve it as soon as possible.”Proper care of mental health can reduce stress,pressure and tension.these problems can affect study,productive works,personal life even it can harm family and friends who we love the most.Whenever we feel someone is feeling bad about something or their actions are close to the symptoms of mental  issues, we need to talk with them and give them shelter. We should spread positive vibes about mental health through social media, posters,we can create a club where we can talk about proper mental care.All ages people need proper mental health care.A proper guideline should be known by each and every person.To reduce mental health issues we need to do physical activities, need to have fresh air,sound sleep,meditation,positive and productive activities etc.every age people need proper mental health care.Children cannot express their problems and needs.So we must insure about this. Their development of brains is the first and foremost duty of us. So, we need to spend time with them, we should play with them and insure a  playground for physical activities.These will boost their energy.Young teenegers need proper care and safe environment .They need positive parenting ,friendly environment and a warm place  where they can share their problems and ideas.And lastly old people need proper care of both  physical and mental,need to spend quality time with them, treat them nicely, take care of their daily needs and emotions.To balance mental health , healthy food and healthy lifestyle are very important.Mental health is a major part of our lives.We should take care of our mental health .
